The Firm

GMA Capital Partners Pte Ltd is an investment holding company incorporated in Singapore. The Company operates from Singapore and invests its own capital as principal across public and private markets.

The Company’s activities include equity investments, fixed income and debt securities, direct investments and structured finance. These investments may comprise listed and unquoted securities, bonds, notes, negotiated private investments, convertible securities, preference shares, mezzanine instruments and secured notes.

The Firm’s activities are directed by its principals. Investment decisions are reviewed by reference to capital preservation, valuation, liquidity, legal form, counterparty standing and expected return. Capital is committed only where the Company can assess the quality of the underlying asset, the terms of investment and the means by which its position may be realised.

GMA Capital Partners places weight on clear documentation, enforceable rights, ranking, collateral where applicable, and the standing of counterparties. The Company favours situations where value, risk and exit alternatives can be understood before capital is committed.

GMA Capital Partners maintains a selective investment programme. The Company invests for its own account and does not manage outside capital.
