GMA Capital Partners Pte Ltd, incorporated in Singapore, is an investment holding company investing its own capital as principal in selected public and private market opportunities.

The Company’s activities include the acquisition and holding of listed securities, debt instruments, direct investments and structured finance positions. These investments are made for the Company’s own account and are reviewed with regard to capital preservation, valuation, liquidity, legal form, counterparty standing and expected return.

GMA Capital Partners commits capital where the underlying asset, terms of investment and exit alternatives can be assessed with reasonable clarity. The Company maintains a selective investment programme and does not manage outside capital.
